WiseTiger highly commended at the Tourism ExSEllence Awards
Farnham Town Council’s website was launched in 2007 and has already proved to be very successful. Divided into four areas it provides a wealth of information for people who live, work and visit the town – as well as news and services provided by the council. The site is fully accessible for blind and partially-sighted visitors and achieves the W3C compliance status.
Cath Sydenham of Farnham Town Council says “Our new website is a huge improvement on what we had before – it’s easy to manage, delivers great impact and receives lots of positive feedback. The award is a fitting tribute to all the hard work put in by the team here and at WiseTiger.”
The prestigious Tourism ExSEllence Awards is an annual event sponsored by EDF Energy. It celebrates a range of tourist initiatives across the SE of England.
