The MPI Group is a publishing, training and marketing company that has been involved in the marine industry since 1981. It was originally formed to publish the well respected shiprepair, maintenance and conversion magazine, Drydock, which it does to this day. Since those early days it has produced a number of publications and organised many events.
The group initially appointed Wisetiger in 2009 to build the group website, showcase Drydock and promote their distance learning courses. They have been a client since and Wisetiger has been responsible for designing and building the Maritime Training Academy website, managing an SEO programme, building a database to manage subscriptions, building a system for automatic renewals, and integrating Moodle, an online training platform, with the MPI website.
