The BIIAB is the qualification awarding body of the British Institute of Innkeepers (BII) – the professional body representing everyone working in the hospitality industry, from waiters and bar staff to publicans and hotel managers. The qualifications they award – attained at licenced training centres – are recognised across the industry, helping hospitality workers to further their careers.
The new site is a complete refresh from the ground up, offering improved functionality alongside a reimagined design, to better represent the body within the industry and to the wider public. It will also feature a comprehensive, integrated extranet, providing complete course management for individuals and training centres alike.

The website is currently in development, scheduled to go live within Q1 of 2017.
