Thai Leisure Group Infuses Data with Wisetiger

Thai Leisure Group – owners of the Thaikuhn and Chaophraya restaurant chains – are working with Wisetiger to intelligently use data for future engagement projects.

The Thai Leisure Group brings the best of Bangkok eating to over twenty locations across the UK. Thaikuhn recreates the bustling feel of a Thai market to serve up authentic street food, while Chaophraya offers a complete high-end dining experience to rival the finest south east Asia has to offer.

The restaurant group is working to achieve high level data integration, to offer seamless, personalised organic marketing. With Wisetiger’s help, data will be collected at numerous engagement points – Point of Sale, web booking, restaurant Wi-Fi and surveys – to be used in tailored offers and engagement messaging; allowing Thai Leisure Group to interact with their customers on a near-granular scale.
