Empiric Student Property plc invests in modern, premium student accommodation located in prime city centre locations in top university towns and cities. Empiric is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has 33 investment properties and a portfolio of 17 development properties across the UK.
Their new responsive website will integrate with the TCAS Online student accommodation management platform. Wisetiger has worked closely with TCAS for a number of years and has developed a direct website integration module that enables a smooth website customer journey with real-time availability & pricing updates. The focus of the design & integration is to increase engagement and conversion of online visitors to accommodation bookings. The responsive website design also drives engagement with requests for viewings, enquiries and builds a marketing database of students requiring student accommodation.
