Objectives

Gradpad is a sales and marketing website promoting postgraduate student accommodation in three prime locations around London. Our brief was to create an entirely new website to generate enquiries and room bookings from postgraduate students enrolled in top London Universities. The target audience is young, intelligent and sophisticated, with many students coming from overseas. A key requirement was to set expectations through the use of photography, video, social media and integration with an online booking system.

Results

The website takes visitors easily and quickly to essential information including interactive maps, videos, photos, floorplans, pricing and facilities. Specifically designed to generate sales enquiries, there are two key calls to action for ‘Book Now’ and ‘Book a Viewing’. The ‘LivePerson’ online chat has been popular with overseas students. Integrated with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, the website is supported with a Smartphone version,  email marketing and printed materials. The site is integrated with TCAS student accommodation management software, which takes a student from ‘broswer’ to ‘booking’ in one fluid action , improving the user experience and making it even easier for students to book online.
