Objectives

Think Apartments has been operating since 1991 and has focussed on delivering short let apartment accommodation in the heart of London. With more than 1,200 apartments, they are one of the largest serviced apartment providers in the UK.

Our brief was to increase occupancy and to generate direct booking sales online. In addition to creating a new website, Wisetiger was also asked to provide Google AdWord campaigns, email marketing and online surveys.

Results

The website has been extremely successful - Think Apartments has seen massive growth in its online sales realising £1m in online bookings during the first three months after the website went live. Room occupancy has risen to 90% and now 15% of all bookings are made through the website. The site is well indexed by search engines and is supported by regular promotions and email marketing campaigns.
