Objectives

Working alongside Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Wisetiger were tasked with supporting Global Ports as they listed on the London Stock Exchange. As a major port and oil terminal operator in Russia they needed a new brand identity, a compliant website and supporting print materials to see them through their IPO and beyond.

Results

We worked quickly to create and deliver a new brand for the new business, drawing on influences from their existing identity whilst making it relevant to an international audience and appropriate for a business listed on the London Stock Exchange. This was supported with various printed items including stationery, press releases, presentations, fact sheets and brochures.

The website was planned and delivered to provide a simple user journey to the website yet still provide a wealth of information relevant to the IPO. As part of the project we created an investor section to the website with a share price feed, share ticker and regulatory information integrating online tools from Investis seamlessly into the website.
