Thaikuhn brings the best of Thai street food to their ten locations across the UK, stretching from Aberdeen to Southampton. The restaurants are furnished to feel like a Bangkok street market, packed to the rafters with trinkets and flourishes that import the atmosphere of south east Asia to the dampest of British days.

Thaikhun's brief to Wisetiger was to create a stunning new website and digital marketing collateral to drive up engagement, bookings and loyalty. Alongside the responsive website design they wanted full digital marketing support with planning and direction of the group’s digital marketing, defining targets and KPIs, measuring outcomes, and making regular recommendations on how to refine and optimise their marketing in everything from search and social to email and on-site.


The website has been designed to reflect the restaurants with large, statement photography and parallax animations infusing the screen with the same ramshackle market feel of the restaurant interiors. Location services and Google Maps are used on the website, allowing users to find their nearest restaurants using location information on their phones. And to make things easy, the website has a bespoke and fully integrated Resdiary booking widget which makes reserving a table quick and simple. 

Some of the most visited content on the website are the food menus. We've made them easy for the restaurant teams to manage and easy for website visitors to view. 

Success for Thaikhun is all about knowing their customers. Using big data information gleaned from email, wifi, table bookings, point-of-sale and phone enquiries we've created and built realtime, automated marketing which is delivering high levels of loyalty and bookings. Wisetiger is taking a proactive, strategic view - defining goals and direction, measuring and making data-driven adjustments. We’re delighted to be taking on that role for Thaikhun.
