CastleHill’s brief to Wisetiger was to provide new branding, a responsive website and digital marketing support to help generate enquiries and online bookings. Their requirements included integration with Wisetiger’s student accommodation booking module to allow a smooth website customer journey with a focus on increasing conversion of online bookings, requests for viewings and to build a marketing database of students requiring student accommodation.

The website has delivered good results generating high levels of enquiries and occupancy across CastleHill’s student properties. 

The integration with TCAS provides efficient updates to the website directly from stock availability in TCAS. The website shows live availability of rooms, takes registration and online payments and provides students with the ability to sign up to a waiting list when rooms are not available.
