We have been a regular contributor to the summit and awards, having taken part as a speaker as well as winning awards in a number of categories in previous years. Based on the reputation that we have built, RMI asked us to create a brand new website that would showcase the events and awards programmes and also offer the ever-expanding community of restaurant marketing innovators a go-to place for thought leadership content. In addition to this RMI also sought to have the capability to gather visitor data from the website and use this to provide targeted marketing to it’s audience.
In the extremely short timescale that was needed for the launch, we built a website that was clean and engaging and showcased the insight and opinion of some of the leading movers and shakers in the hospitality industry. Using our Seehoo™ marketing platform, with its built in CRM, RMI are able to keep in touch with its growing community and use the system to provide targeted marketing communications.
