New website for Restaurant Marketer & Innovator

Restaurant Marketer & Innovator (RMI) brings together a community of restaurant marketing professionals from across the hospitality sector, through a series of events, with a 3-day summit and awards ceremony being the pinnacle event of the year.

Wisetiger has been a regular contributor to the summit and awards, having taken part as a speaker as well as winning awards in a number of categories in previous years. Based on the reputation that Wisetiger had built, RMI asked us to create a brand new website that would showcase the events and awards programmes and also offer the ever-expanding community of restaurant marketing innovators a go-to place for thought leadership content. In addition to this RMI also sought to have the capability to gather visitor data from the website and use this to provide targeted marketing to it’s audience.

In the extremely short timescale that was needed for the launch, Wisetiger built a website that was clean and engaging and showcased the insight and opinion of some of the leading movers and shakers in the hospitality industry. Using Wisetiger’s Seehoo™ marketing platform, with its built in CRM, RMI are able to keep in touch with its growing community and use the system to provide targeted marketing communications.

Andy Shaw, Director at Wisetiger said “having had a close working relationship with RMI for some years, we were flattered, (if not challenged by the timescales!) to be asked to create a new website for them. With Seehoo™ powering the marketing efforts in the background we are really pleased to have delivered RMI something that supports their growing community both now and into the future.”

RMI’s global hospitality leader James Hacon commented “I have worked with Andy and Wisetiger on a number of projects over the years. On a personal note, I always find Andy remarkably knowledgeable, extremely dedicated, willing to go the extra mile and an all round nice guy to work with.”
