Pub Governing Body appoint Wisetiger to manage digital marketing

The Pub Governing Body are handing digital marketing for all three of their websites – PGB, PIRR and PICAS – to Wisetiger.

The Pub Governing Body is a group comprising six of the hospitality industry's leading associations representing landlords and tenants. It exists to foster and support landlord-tenant partnerships in the licensed retail sector for the benefit of both, by delivering minimum standards of practice.

Wisetiger - who already have a close working relationship with BII (British Institute of Innkeeping), one of the PGB members - have been handed the reigns for the group's three websites. The agency will be responsible for ongoing management and support, as well as continual reviews and recommendations to further develop the sites to enhance their marketing performance.

Andy Shaw of Wisetiger said "We're delighted to extend our involvement with the BII to its umbrella group - The Pub Governing Body. We feel it's a testament to our understanding of the particular challenges and opportunities within the sector."

The move represents a deepening of Wisetiger's involvement in the hospitality sector, already handling digital marketing (including website design and development) for an extensive list of hotels, hotel groups and accommodation providers.
