Call Systems Technology Case Study

Call Systems Technology

Corporate responsive design website for CST

Responsive design website

High levels of enquiries generated through website

Carefully planned to migrate the old website traffic to the new site

Objectives

Call Systems Technology (CST) is the UK’s market leader in wireless on-site communications and alarm monitoring with a range of customers in the hospitality sector including Wagamama, TGI Friday’s, Jamie’s Italian and Malmaison.

CST’s old website was looking tired but generated good levels of traffic and enquiries. The new website needed some restructuring of the content, a design refresh and to be mobile friendly.

Results

Wisetiger’s first priority was to plan the new website to maintain existing search engine rankings and enquiry levels. This included restructuring the content and creating a new sitemap, with strong calls to action and engagement across the site.

The responsive design website uses the Twitter Bootstrap framework and is managed through a Typo3 Content Management System. The CMS manages a product database  and there are strong calls to action which include Live Chat, enquiry forms, downloads and callback requests. For CST’s partners there is also a secure login area.

To support the new website and content marketing plan there is a new WordPress Blog

“We really appreciate the simplicity and intelligence of Typo3. It seems like a great CMS and I’m looking forward to learning much more about it.”
