Website terms of use.

The not-so-small print, made a bit friendlier.

Last Updated: 7 October 2025

Welcome to the Wisetiger website. We’re thrilled to have you here. We’ve designed our site to give you an introduction and insight into who we are, what we do, and how we help our clients grow. Please do get in touch if you would like to learn more about how we can help you.

These are the terms and conditions for using our website. By browsing our site (www.wisetiger.co.uk), you’re agreeing to them.

1. About Us

This website is owned and operated by 3WBS Limited trading as Wisetiger (‘Wisetiger’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales.

From here on, you can just call us Wisetiger. It’s much friendlier.

2. Using our website

We’re happy for you to use our website to learn about our marketing and design services, read our latest thinking on our blog, check out our portfolio, and get in touch with us.

The content on our site is for your general information and use only. While we’re experts in our field, the articles and guides we post aren’t a substitute for bespoke, professional advice tailored to your specific business needs. We don’t provide legal advice.

3. What you can’t do (the house rules)

We put a lot of love and effort into our website, so we ask that you treat it with respect. By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Do anything that’s unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server it’s stored on, or any connected database.
  • Introduce any nasty bits of code, like viruses, trojans, or other technologically harmful material.
  • Scrape, copy, or duplicate any part of our site for commercial purposes without getting our express written permission first.

Basically, play nice. It keeps the internet a better place for everyone.

4. Intellectual property (our creative stuff)

As a creative agency, we’re very proud of the work we do. All the content on this website – including the words, designs, branding, graphics, photography, and the Wisetiger logo – belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You are welcome to view and print pages from our website for your own personal use. However, you must not use any part of our content for commercial purposes without getting a license from us to do so. If you’d like to share or use our content, please just ask first. We’re a friendly bunch and are usually happy to help.

5. Our liability (the sensible bit)

We work hard to make sure our website is in tip-top shape, but we can’t guarantee that the content will always be 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date. The site is provided on an ‘as is’ basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may result from your use of our website or your reliance on any information on it.

This doesn’t affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable English law.

6. Links to other websites

Our site may contain links to other websites that we think you’ll find interesting or useful. However, once you click on these links and leave our site, we don’t have any control over that other website. We can’t be responsible for the content or the protection and privacy of any information you provide whilst visiting those sites.

7. Your privacy

Your privacy is a big deal to us. We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, which you can find here, explains in detail how we collect, use, and look after your information.

8. Changes to these terms

The digital world moves fast, and our business is always evolving. Because of this, we might need to update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, so we recommend you check back occasionally to make sure you’re still happy with the rules of the road.

9. The legal framework

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
