Investor Relations and Internal Comms during the acquisition by L'Oréal.

We were brought in to support The Body Shop’s investor relations and internal comms teams during their acquisition by L'Oréal. It was a pivotal time for the business, and their objective was to ensure all stakeholders remained informed and engaged.

Our work included the design and production of three consecutive annual reports, alongside acquisition documents required for shareholders – vital pieces of storytelling that maintained the brand’s integrity during a period of significant change. For the internal audience we produced a bi-monthly publication called ‘Everybody’ helping staff to understand exactly what the transition meant for their roles and the future of the brand.

Even after the acquisition was completed, we continued to support The Body Shop with the ‘Everybody’ staff newsletter. By producing this as both a printed publication and an interactive PDF, we ensured that the brand’s culture remained connected and inspired, no matter where in the world they were working.
