Chaophraya’s Website Gets a Fresh New Look.

Chaophraya is series of individual Thai restaurants, all with very different stories to tell. The style is modern and contemporary, the buildings and venues all have a story to tell in their own right, ranging from stunning rooftop locations to buildings of historic importance.

A modern Thai aesthetic

The new design features a softer, more contemporary look inspired by modern Thai visual references. We’ve introduced a palette of gentle colours, luxurious new fonts, and subtle textures and graphics to create a warm and inviting feel. Our focus was on enhancing the user experience while staying true to the elegance of the Chaophraya brand.

A seamless and smart refresh

One of the great things about this project is how we implemented the changes. Rather than rebuilding the entire site, we rolled the new design out over the top of the existing content at the same time as upgrading the CMS. This smart approach saved a significant amount of time and money, allowing us to focus on the key objectives of the brief.

Driving bookings and loyalty

The website’s core objectives remain the same: to drive bookings, foster customer loyalty, and provide valuable customer insights for Chaophraya. We’ve continued to focus on a seamless user experience, with a smooth and fast table booking system that makes it easier than ever for customers to reserve a table. This not only enhances the customer journey but also improves data capture for the client to improve customer engagement, and gather valuable insights to inform future marketing efforts.
