Part of our role with supporting Wadworth’s marketing effort is with their estate of pubs that they own across the South and West of England. We know that in the hospitality sector, the customer journey for eating, drinking, or staying often starts online. That’s why we’ve created a consistent, high-quality digital experience that reflects the Wadworth brand while also highlighting the unique personality of each pub.
The websites are not only visually appealing but also seamless and easy to use, integrating effortlessly with table booking and accommodation platforms, and with various touchpoints for data capture and enquiries for functions such as weddings and events.
All the pub websites are built within a single content management system, alongside the main Wadworth brewery site. This approach allows the central marketing team to efficiently manage common content, such as seasonal offers and new beers across the entire estate. At the same time, individual pub managers can easily update their specific pages with local news and events.
This unified approach has has delivered considerable time and cost savings compared to their previous supplier
